ON BECOMING: Maje Threatens To Sue Toke Makinwa For Defamation

Maje Ayida has threatened to sue his estranged wife, Toke Makinwa. 

The Cable reports that Maje's lawyers had written a letter of demand  to Makinwa asking her to stop the promotion and sale of the memoire entitled "On Becoming".

The media personality had in her book accused Maje of infidelity and infecting her with sexually transmitted diseases while they were married.

Fitness entrepreneur, Maje had in the letter by his lawyers described the claims as "exaggerated fabrication".

It was reported that Maje's lawyers claimed that the book contained defamatory and misleading words which had subjected their client to public ridicule.

Toke was given seven days to withdraw the book from circulation, recall all copies distributed and hand them over to him for destruction or he will seek legal redress.
