Why Nigeria Can Never Grow - Former President Goodluck Jonathan [Video]

Former President Goodluck Jonathan has said Nigeria cannot grow with weak instirutions such as the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

The former President stated this in his remarks during a meeting with a select members of the Strategy Review and Inter Party Affairs Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The committee led by Professor Jerry Gana, presented a report earlier submitted to the National Caretaker Committee to the former President.
