FUTMINNA Withdraws 44 Students

44 Students of the Federal University of Technology, Minna have been told to withdraw from their various programmes over poor academic performance and examination malpractice.

Mrs Lydian Ledgu, the University Public Relations officer in a statement in Minna said,  the affected students have been ordered to vacate the campus.

According to Ledgu, 22 students were advised to withdraw due to poor academic performance while the 22 others earned expulsion for their involvement in examination malpractices.

Ledgu said, "the university authority will not tolerate any act that will tarnish its highly earned academic standard."
