Nigeria Is Still Very Corrupt Despite Buhari's Anti-Corruption War - Transparency International

Nigeria is Number 136th corrupt country in the world retaining its 2015 position, despite the anti corruption crusade of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Transparency International in its 2016 Corruption Perceptions Index released on Thursday revealed that Nigeria shared the same spot in world corruption ranking with Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea and Guatemala.

Denmark is the most corrupt country in the world, with a score of 90 on the index. New Zealand and Finland followed closely. The least corrupt countries are Somalia, South Sudan and North Korea, scoring respectively, 12, 11 and 10 on the index.
