Governor Offers N5 Million For Rearrest Of Notorious Kidnapper

The Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha has offered the sum of N5 million to anyone who gives information leading to the arrest of notorious armed robber and kidnapper, Henry Chibueze popularly known as Vampire.

The Governor who disclosed this after the security meeting held in Owerri, the Imo State capital on Friday.

Vampire was freed by his colleagues on Friday when 6 armed men stormed the premises of an Imo State High Court as suspects were being driven into the court premises.
