Former Governor of Delta State James Ibori arrived Nigeria yesterday after serving a jail term in a United Kingdom prison. 

Eminent politicians and indigenes of Delta State were at Oghara, Delta, Ibori's country home to welcome him.

A policeman was caught on camera jubilating alongside Ibori.
