Crisis Looms As 500 Cows Goes Missing In Oyo State

Crisis looms in Oke Ogin area of Oyo state due to the missing of about 500 missing cows owned by the Fulani.

The Fulani herdsmen have tabled their grievances about the lost cows, accused the host comminuties of being lackadasical and accused of stealing the missing cow. In addition, the hunters in the area have warned the Fulani that they won't tolerate any unlawful conduct.

The Fulani were said to have closed down all meat markets in the area as a form of retributive action against their hosts, who in turn issued a warning to the herdsmen not to take the laws into their hands, but rather conduct themselves within the ambits of the law, while a solution is being sought..
